Greetings from Biyani Group of Colleges. We are delighted to invite you to the Convocation Ceremony 2026, a day set aside to honour your hard work and celebrate the degree you earned.

Registration

What your registration covers

A nominal fee is payable while completing the registration form.

Everything you need for the day, taken care of.

  • Degree folders : your official degree, presented in a keepsake folder.
  • Convocation gown rental : the ceremonial gown for the day.
  • Refreshments : served to graduates on the ceremony day.

Extras

Gown security deposit Refundable

A refundable security deposit is collected before your convocation gown is handed over. The full amount is refunded once the gown is returned after the ceremony.

Bringing guests? ₹250 / guest

Each accompanying guest is ₹250, up to a maximum of 2 guests per graduate. Add your guests while filling out the registration form.

Register on or before 25th July 2026

Complete your registration before the deadline to confirm your participation. Guests and parents are welcome to accompany you on the day.
